Claire-Michelle Quinton View Designs

Claire-Michelle produces eye-catching pieces of contemporary jewellery using various types of precious and non-precious wire that she manipulates by hand to create fun, very tactile and attractive work.

Her abiding passion is for animals and her current collection is inspired by the texture and structure of fur which she has recreated and rendered into wire using a technique developed through her own research. The look of Claire-Michelle's work can change dramatically depending on the wire used; some pieces are luxurious whilst others are fun and funky.

Claire-Michelle studied at the Surrey Institute of Art and Design in Farnham completing a BA (Hons) in metal work and jewellery. She graduated in July 2003 and has been working as a designer/maker since then.
